Due to my disabilities, I can only work on my commissions one at a time. This means that you will be placed in an ordered "queue" where I work in order of confirmed clients. Once a down payment is received, you will gain access to view your position on that queue, and you will receive personal contact from me when you are next in line to prepare.

For commissions over $200 USD, you will pay a %50 down payment up front, and then pay the remaining balance after you approve of your sketch and confirm you want to move forward.

All down payments and final payments are NON REFUNDABLE!

Your product will be delivered digitally via email or social media DM. You may choose both options if you prefer.

Turnaround time will vary depending on my health and your current position on the queue. Expect that it may take anywhere between 1-8 weeks to get your product.

Turnaround times are also in business days/weeks, I need the weekends to rest and recuperate my body so I don't burn out.

Any products that require mailing will be discussed privately to work out those details. I am not responsible for any damage to your product once it has arrived.

You must be 16 years of age or older to commission me. You must be 18 years or older for any provocative/NSFW commission.

Do not attempt to haggle pricing with me. Payment plans will only be considered on products totaling $300 or more.

I am not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered and you have confirmed delivery.

For non-sketch commissions, the customer has the right to two complete revisions, partial or complete, in the sketching phase. Any further revisions will require a $10 fee for minimal changes, $20 for moderate changes, and $50 for an entire do-over of the sketch after the two free revisions of any degree have been received.

NO REVISIONS ON SKEB-STYLE COMMISSIONS!

The customer has a right to a reasonable amount (no more than three) of minor edits after completion (I.E eye color change, lip color edit, etc)

Payment must be in USD, and payment must be received through PayPal. However, if PayPal is truly not an option for you than we can discuss payment going through another source if I approve of it.

In the event that I cannot complete your commission, you will receive a full refund including down payment if you provided one.

If you want to request a "rush order", there will be an applicable fee of $100 USD on top of your final payment.

Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

I am allowed to post your commission onto my social media and use it as an example in my commissions sheet if I wish. To keep it fully private, there will be additional fees.

Any product that you want to use commercially will have commercial use fees attached to the final price.

I hold the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

By discussing a commission with me and sending payment, you are therefore agreeing that you have read and agreed to these terms.
